It's been quite some time since we went for a family trip. This time, we brought along our new bundle of joy..Batrisyia....:) What can we say... she slept throughout her trip...I guess she too needs a break...At 5am traffic start to build up at Tuas check point. Cant believe that it started that early right? Me too..
We reached malacca at 830 am.. we just make a stop for breakfast and to meet Mas's relatives there. Izzul had a great time there, chasing around the chicks and chickens. It was adorable!
After that, we took a drive further up -to KL. KL trip was as usual busy with traffic but much to my surprise, we didn't see many Singaporeans as we usually expect. Getting a parking slot was rather easy so we kind of wondering if there's a new place that Singaporean's haunt now to shop instead of Masjid India. Anyway, we did a great thing leaving Singapore as early as 4 am on Saturday because we heard from friends who left at 8am the same day that there was a massive jam at Tuas check point which only cleared up after 1130 am. Phew! Close shave.
ALthough it's a long trip, I love to drive up anyway.... and for Mas - not for much of the drive but she loves the shopping. Ha! Women!
Just planning for another trip.. It keeps the bond closer and gives you the opportunity to understand your partner more... in someway;)
