Swimming again....

In one of my previous posts, I shared some of the importance of swimming for babies. And yes, I have signed up for Batrisyia for 10 swimming 'lessons'. Izzul had benefitted it. He has grown strong, active and quite a fighter to lean, mean viruses. I'll let mas tell you more of what he has gone through the last few days. Anyway, you can sign your babies up for these swimming programs when your baby is as young as one month old.
Here are some of the benefits of these swimming programs:
1) Coordination of body movements
2) Breathing
3) Enhance muscle and bone strength
4) Brain development
But you know what is most important - that they enjoy it. (we, parents will reap the rewards later because they usually get really tired from these swimmings and will have a good long sleep for the rest of the day - which means rest time for the parents too ;))
As you know, there a lot of institutions and centres that caters to baby and toddler developments whether to enhance them musically, artistically, mentally or physically. Does not matter which of these that your child attends, one thing for sure, they will grow to be more confident and happier of course. When your toddler shows signs of disinterest to the school that he has been going to... well, maybe you might consider for a change.
Anway, Izzul (early 2008) and Batrisyia (just last week) having a good time swimming. Cheers!
